Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/out, concierge assistance, and problem resolution
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following established standards
- Process reservations, manage phone communications, and coordinate with housekeeping/food service
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and special guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate property management systems accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold safety/security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
