Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at check-in/check-out and during inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and linen management
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and payment processing
- Respond to guest requests promptly and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Participate in weekend shift rotations as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
