Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Assist with room preparation and cleanliness standardsManage guest inquiries and requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby/public areas
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
