Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests and room status updates
- Operate hotel systems (PMS) and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup, valet services, and concierge duties as assigned
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if driving required for duties)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
