Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services during overnight hours
- Monitor guest security and access control systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance checks

- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
