Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and supplies according to brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Complete daily inspection checklists with attention to detail
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
