Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
- Follow detailed checklists and adhere to sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to various El Paso locations
