Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Process payments and manage front desk operations efficiently
- Support event preparation and meeting room setups as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
