Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make and make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished to guest specifications.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness deficiencies and report them to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures strictly.
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary to clean and maintain the property effectively.
- Organize closets, storage areas, and linen closets efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and management team regarding room status and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required (Entry Level).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
