Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to meet our high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Change bed linens, restock toiletries and amenities, and ensure rooms are fully furnished and ready for new arrivals.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the maintenance or housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; full training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (4-8 hours) during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
