Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at hotel front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and concierge support
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking amenities
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards in all guest and public areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for multi-property assignments)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
