Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Restock amenities and ensure all guest needs are anticipated and met
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient room turnover schedules
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing skills development sessions
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

- Reliable transportation to and from downtown Indianapolis location
