Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and payment transactions with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk area and confidential guest records
- Process billing adjustments and manage cash/credit transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, FOSSE preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
