Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock supplies (toiletries, linens, amenities) according to inventory protocols
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards per CDC and company guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (vacuums, extractors, etc.) safely
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Customer service mindset with approachable demeanor
