Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest feedback
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout all public areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak seasons and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if transportation duties required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
