Responsibilities
- Perform thorough room cleaning including changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Maintain pristine common areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms) following brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for chemical handling
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Document maintenance issues and guest requests in property management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
