Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Interact professionally with guests and other staff members.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety checklists.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (mops, carts, laundry).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
