Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following brand standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided!
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds consistently
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
