Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Train and mentor front desk agents on service standards and hotel systems
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal operations
- Implement upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Collaborate with concierge and dining teams for integrated guest services
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservation systems
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to align team on priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in hotel front desk management or equivalent leadership role
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, StayNTouch preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
- Strong knowledge of El Paso attractions and local culture
- Proven ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
