Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) for daily operations
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Execute shift-specific duties including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Valid Missouri driver's license (if required for errands)
