Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds using proper linens and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest corridors and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing amenities to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling protocols.
- Collaborate with the laundry team for proper linen turnover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic English proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in workmanship.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
