Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain high standards.
- Ensure linens, towels, and amenities are fresh and properly stocked in every room.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken furniture to management immediately.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and health regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience necessary; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
