Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas to exceptional cleanliness standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.)
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor polishers) safely
- Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily room assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable with punctual attendance and flexible availability
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
- Pass background check and drug screening (standard for hospitality roles)
