Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Change bed linens, replace amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.), and restock supplies to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Inspect assigned areas for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, spills, damages) and report them promptly to management.
- Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (OSHA standards).
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
