Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with accuracy and professionalism
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to overnight emergencies
- Perform nightly room inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during night hours
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure public areas remain pristine
- Operate hotel management systems for reservations and billing
- Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
