- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L statements with strict budget adherence
- Train and mentor senior staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns

Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury property experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Florida hospitality certification preferred
