Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash deposits and discrepancies according to company policy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with key management and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are ready for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage or supplies as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
