Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L statements, budget forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, train, and mentor department heads and support staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Drive innovative guest experience programs and service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 8 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury or full-service hotel operations
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
