Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of hotel operations including P&L management and budget oversight
- Drive guest satisfaction metrics to maintain 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Lead, develop, and mentor department heads across all hotel divisions
- Implement innovative revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop high-impact guest acquisition campaigns
- Oversee property improvement projects and capital expenditure planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive hotel management experience with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in luxury urban markets
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration required
- Deep expertise in NYC hospitality market dynamics and trends
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in complex P&L management
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred
