Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
