Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead talent acquisition, training programs, and performance management for 150+ staff
- Manage P&L responsibilities with $25M+ annual budget
- Implement premium service standards and crisis management protocols
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and leisure partnerships
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and California hospitality regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in high-volume markets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Advanced certification from CHA or AHLEI preferred
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and sustainability practices
