Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate hotel staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Marketing & Sales: Support marketing initiatives and drive revenue through strategic planning and relationship building.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees by enforcing all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure flawless execution of conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management or a related supervisory role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as required.
- Technology: Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
