Responsibilities
- Ensure the meticulous cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to luxury brand standards.
- Monitor and restock amenities and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests regarding room amenities and services.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to optimize workflows and schedules.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and property details.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid food handling or alcohol service certification (if applicable to role).
