Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage linens and inventory, including sorting, folding, and organizing laundry with precision.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the company's rigorous quality and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping team to coordinate turnover times efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
