Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and verify guest information accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training.
