Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Utilize Opera property management system for real-time inventory and reporting
- Handle payment processing and cash drawer management with 100% accuracy
- Act as local concierge, providing personalized recommendations for dining and attractions
- Maintain meticulous records of guest feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
