Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
- Uphold hotel standards for safety and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
