Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for resort guests
- Process reservations and modify bookings with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Handle payment processing and account reconciliation
- Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation/excursions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest records in resort management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of El Paso attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
