- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance departments
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain organized front desk operations and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if valet duties required)
