Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed service expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as hotel ambassador for local attractions and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
