Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) efficiently
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Flexibility for evening/weekend/holiday shifts
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and events
