Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems while maintaining accurate records
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily transactions
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment and adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with concierge and housekeeping teams for guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
