Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and upselling opportunities for premium suites
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation
- Collaborate with sales team to accommodate corporate and group bookings
- Execute daily front desk operations including key coding and room status updates
- Participate in monthly training on new hospitality technologies and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk experience in luxury or boutique hotel environment
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak occupancy periods
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record (for airport transfers)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished guest service demeanor
