Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments while maximizing occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a pristine front desk appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid New York State hospitality license
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
