Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards and loyalty
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports
- Market hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hotel environments
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
