Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
