As the first point of contact for our international guests, you'll embody Texan hospitality while managing check-ins, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries with local recommendations for attractions, dining, and events
- Monitor room availability and optimize booking strategies for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Execute upselling techniques for premium rooms and amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record (required for airport shuttle)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
