Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
