Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and manage reservations through hotel software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving hotel vehicles)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
