Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain organized guest profiles and reservation databases
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for airport runs)
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
